WELCOME TO OUR CENTURY FARM
Ole Andrew Oare was born on December 6, 1879 in Molde, Norway. Inga Nicolina Boe was born July 30, 1883 in Sortland,Norway. Both Ole and Inga came to the United States in the early 1900’s. They met and married near Baldwin, Wisconsin. They were married October 24, 1905. Ole passed away on April 27, 1957 and Inga passed away March 20, 1958. They were strong Norwegian Lutheran people. Eleven children were born to this union.
Arthur, Anna, Clifford, Pearl, Otto, Ethel, Margaret, Frances, Carl, Gladys and Gordon.

October 1913 Ole and Inga purchased the farm that is now the home farm in Cady Township. Ole and inga milked cows and farmed the 80 acres. There are two siblings that remain. The youngest child that was born on the farm is Pearl. She is now 104 years old and lives with her daughter in Hudson, Wisconsin. Gladys is another sibling that lives in Montrose Minnesota and she is 93.

May 1952 daughter Frances and her husband Don Gunderson purchased the 80 acre farm. Don and Frances had two daughters. Alice who passed away July 1990 and Barb who remains on the farm today. Don passed away October 1990 and rances passed away April 2013 at the age of 93.

September 1993 their daughter and son-in-law Chuck & Barb Lamb purchased the 80 acre farm from Frances. Chuck and Barb have three sons. Matt, Andy & Ben. Chuck and Barb are retired and remain on the home farm.

September 2003 Andy & Jes Lamb purchased the farm.
